Our story

AiColorStory began inside Siddartify, our parent company, as an internal tool. Our team kept reaching for the same color-design workflows — building palettes, checking contrast, pulling colors out of images, and exporting clean values into code — and there was no single place that did all of it well. So we built one for ourselves.

What started as an in-house color-design utility turned into something we wanted to share. We refined it, opened it up, and today anyone can use the same tools our own designers and developers rely on every day.

Where we’re from

We’re a small, product-focused team based in India, operating under Siddartify. Because we build tools we use ourselves, we stay honest about what actually helps in real design and development work — and we keep the tools fast, practical, and free of clutter.

What we build

Everything centers on color: an AI-assisted palette generator, a gradient maker, a scales & shades studio, accessibility and contrast tools, and a browsable color directory. You can generate with AI, extract colors from images, check WCAG and APCA contrast, and export to CSS, Tailwind, tokens, and more.
